Kaushik is a and

Training and Development and has almost two decades of experience
in the areas of Human Resources, Organizational and Individual Development,
Recruitment and Sales and Relationship Managment. Throughout his career,
Kaushik has been fascinated by the uniqueness of individual behavior
and has engaged in extensive studies to unravel the mysteries of human
behavior in different contexts. It was this interest that initiated
him into the wonderful worlds of Handwriting Analysis, Neuro Linguistic
Programming and Conversational Hypnosis amongst others. He has studied
these subjects with some of the most famous practitioners of these
fields and has consistently used them in both Corporate as well Individual
contexts for more than 10 years with major success. He has made startling
predictions about the personality, integrity, compatibility and productivity
of individuals on innumerable occasions in the work place and outside.
Other than helping his clients with customized behavioral assessments,
Kaushik has also developed multiple tests and courses on Behavioral
Assessment and Influence and has been teaching the same to students
from all over the world.
Kaushik is a Founder Member of the
Coalition of Handwriting Analysts International, USA, Member of American
Handwriting Analysis Foundation and Society for Human Resources Management.
